One of the most heart to heart prayers of Jesus to the Father is for the disciples. He pleads with the Father, ‘that all may be one’. It is the bedrock of the life of the school. The prayer envisages one humanity, one task and one destination-union with the Father. All are made in the image and likeness of God. Though we have different religions, different cultures, different traditions, we belong to one family of humanity. Education is a sure-fire step to the Goal.

Our Philosophy and Methods

Developing, multiple- intelligence.Lopsided growth of cognitve or scholastic faculties has crippled many a student. To be fully human, all the faculties should be equally catered to.

Creativity: Man is by nature creative. Rote learning is detrimental to the development all the powers of learners. The creativity motivates and inspires divergent thinking. Chances in galore are offered to the students to be themselves and to think differently.

Discovery learning: Learning is better effected when the students are made to discover knowledge for themselves. Self- Discovery makes a learner real seeker and better skilled.

Self-Learning: Educationists and the thinkers play down the excessive intervention of the teacher. Students are capable of learning many things for themselves. Making use of this faculty of the students can create learning easy and pleasant experience and make the students self-reliant.

Co-Operative learning: Man is a social being. Human existence is not in isolation. We live in the society with others. So ability to work with others, willingness to share with others, to know about the ills and difficulties of others, collective works are sine qua non. Unhealthy competition also can be kept at abeyance.

Communicative courses: Though proficient in many areas, the learners fail to express their minds. So courses in communication are important and is given due priority.

Audio-Visual Aids:Audio visual aids can motivate and make the teaching learning experience pleasant. They can get across substance better.

Learning by doing: The retention level of the things learned by doing is very high. The school gives due importance to this method of learning.

Inter-Personal Relationship: Life is beautiful because of the other. Others are meaning-giving beings to us. Strong bond of relationship between the teacher and the student, and among the students are emphasized by the school.

Leadership: The myriads of opportunities in life pave way to assume responsibilities by a person. So the qualities of a good leader should be acquired by the students.

Discipline: Harsh discipline and corporal punishments are phased out of the schools. Discipline is presently understood as positive qualities that will enable a person to be productive and good achievers.

Dignity of Labour: Work is worship. Work enables one to serve the humanity better. All works are holy and glorifying to God.
